Privacy Policy

BORN sells personal birth chart and Human Design readings. To produce your reading, we collect the details you type into the order form: your name, birth date, birth time, birth city and country, your delivery email, and the optional question you write.

How we use it. Your birth details are used to compute your chart. Your question is read by the person preparing your reading and answered in your letter. Your email is used to deliver the reading and to answer any replies you send us. That is the whole list.

We never sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.
Your question is treated as private correspondence and is never published or quoted without your explicit written permission.
Payment is processed entirely by PayPal on PayPal's own pages. We never see or store your card number or payment credentials.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our ads work. It records standard events such as page views and orders. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings.
Deletion on request: reply to any email from us and ask, and we delete your order details.

Terms of Service

Readings are for adults, 18 and older.
A reading is a personal, reflective document. It describes structure and patterns; it does not predict the future, and it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make remain yours.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you submit. If a detail turns out to be wrong, we correct the chart free of charge (see Refunds & Corrections below).
Delivery is by email, as a PDF, normally within 24 hours of payment.
Each reading is written for its owner and is for personal use. Please don't resell or republish it.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by PayPal secure checkout; card payments are accepted there without a PayPal account.

Refunds & Corrections

The Written-For-You Guarantee. Read the whole reading. If it feels like it was printed for a million people instead of written for you, reply to the delivery email within 30 days of delivery and you get a full refund. No form, no argument.

Free corrections. If a birth detail was wrong - a discovered birth time, a different city, a date mix-up - write to us and we produce a corrected reading free of charge.

Not delivered? If your reading has not arrived within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder first, then write to us. We deliver it or refund you in full.
