Fair things to ask

Can't I get my chart free online?

Your placements, yes - and if that is all you want, a free calculator is genuinely the right choice. What you cannot get free is a reading that starts from your question and ends with a written answer to it. That is the part we sell. The data is just where we start.

Is this written by a person or generated?

Both, honestly. The astronomical positions are computed with full astronomical calculation, the interpretive chapters draw on a corpus written by us, and your answer letter is composed for your question specifically. Every reading passes human review before it is sent. What it is not: a template with your name pasted in.

What if I don't know my birth time?

You can still order. The Sun, Moon and planet chapters remain accurate for your date. The Rising sign chapter, which needs the exact time, is left out honestly rather than guessed. And if your birth date happens to be one where the Moon changed signs that day, we will contact you before producing anything, not after.

What if a birth detail turns out to be wrong?

We produce a corrected chart free. A discovered birth time, a different city, a date mix-up: write to us and the updated reading is on us. The chart should be right, that is the whole point.

Who sees my question and my birth details?

The person preparing your reading, and no one else. Your details are used to compute your chart and deliver it - never sold, never shared, deleted on request. Payment happens entirely on PayPal; we never see your card. Full details in our privacy policy.

How is my payment handled?

Payment is processed entirely by PayPal secure checkout. Cards are accepted there without a PayPal account. We never see or store your payment details.
